More Chance

 

I've more chance of winning the lottery

than getting back with you.

I've more chance of seeing a purple sun

crawl backwards across an amber sky.

I've waited donkeys years

and a month of Sundays,

I've seen a blue moon light the night

I've woken up and glimpsed a meteor

hurling doom above my head. That said,

I've more chance of being struck thrice

by lightening than getting back with you.

I've more chance of giving birth to kittens

or being Elvis Presley.

But still, there's always a chance

a chance in a life time or two.
